Surrealism and the Marvellous Exhibition 2016/17
Edwin's painting The Shape of the Night was exhibited in the Surrealism room at the Scottish National Gallery of Modern Art, Modern Two, from May 2016 to June 2017.
The exhibition highlighted some of the British artists represented in their world-class collection of Surrealist art. Edwin was joined by Paul Nash, Roland Penrose, Edith Rimmington, Marion Adnams, Cecil Collins, Charles Pulsford, Desmond Morris and Conroy Maddox. They shared the room with some of the giants of international surrealism - Max Ernst, Rene Magritte, Alberto Giacometti and Salvador Dali.
