During 2020, Pictures of the Month marked the 70th anniversary of Edwin's first solo exhibition by featuring 12 of the paintings he exhibited in April 1950.
This is believed to be the painting entitled Tree, Baberton, 1946 in the 1950 exhibition. It was renamed Tree at Baberton Mains at a later date. The Baberton Mains housing estate was built on this site in the 1970s.
