Near Killearn, 1943

For the first half of 2024, Pictures of the Month marked the 80th anniversary of Edwin's travels when working as a hospital orderly during World War 2. As a conscientious objector, he was posted to work at Killearn Hospital, in Stirlingshire, during 1943. Of course he had no studio to paint in, but he took long walks with his watercolours and the resultant paintings document his travels. This one is dated 1943 and titled "Near Killearn".
